The fkaCS Orientation and Engagement Kit helps early childhood services develop genuine connections with children and families during orientation. fkaCS helps Early Years Services to build their capacity to develop culturally rich and responsive environments. These packages are tailored to assist Early Years Services create and implement a cultural inclusion strategy that accommodates different ways of being and understanding.
The Cultural Inclusion Reflective Practice Toolkit includes 20 Provocation Cards that prompt teachers to reflect on and drive practice changes that are culturally inclusive and responsive to their learning community. The kit can be used collectively in team environments or individually for ongoing professional growth.
Items in this suite of packages assist kindergartens to build and embed a library of multilingual and culturally rich resources to support children’s literacy development.
